How to make changes to your personal details or product

Please call us if:

  • You would like to update your personal information – such as telephone number
  • You want to make a change to a product that you have bought
  • You want to cancel a product that you have bought
  • You want to make any other changes to your policy or personal details

SunLife offer a range of straightforward and affordable products and services such as over 50 life insurance, Guaranteed Inheritance Plan, funeral cover, and equity release. We've partnered with a number of carefully selected companies to bring you some of these products and services. If you have one of those products, you'll need to call our partner directly who will be happy to help you. We've listed all their numbers for you below. But don't worry, whether you speak to us or one of our partners, you'll still get the same great service.

If you have a customer reference or policy number, it would be really useful if you could mention this when you get in touch.
